"The American Man, Age Ten" Susan Orlean

This story is based all around a kid named Collin. This 10 year old lives for the moment, and loves to have fun. Many individuals in today's society feel kids can't wait to grow up and change their lives. Collin tells us the opposite. Although we view this standard of children to be a norm, children are happy with their lives proving this common norm and stereotype to be incorrect. This norm is very inspirational and effective for me and my video.
